[4.38~4.41] 안전성 접근법
처분시설은 폐쇄 후 Safety Case에서 중요하다고 입증된 안전기능들을 제공하는 방식으로 폐쇄되어야 한다. 시설의 능동적인 관리로부터의 과도기를 포함한 폐쇄를 위한 계획이 적합하게 정의되어야 하고 실행 가능해야 한다. 그래야 폐쇄가 적절한 시기에 안전하게 수행될 수 있다.
