4.25. 명료성은 안전 논거들에 대한 이해를 위해 적절하게 상세한 수준에서의 적합한 구조와 모사와 관련된 것이다. 이것은 다음과 같은 방법으로 문서에서 업무 결과들이 모사될 수 있을 것을 요구한다. 즉, 자료들이 의도하고 있는 이해관계자들이 안전 논거와 그 기초를 잘 이해할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 서로 다른 형태의 문서들은 서로 다른 이해관계자들에게 활용될 자료들을 제공하는데 필요할 것이다.
