3.43. 천층처분시설에 있어서는 격리는 처분시설의 위치와 설계 그리고 운영 및 제도적 관리에 의해 제공되어야 한다. 지층처분에 있어서 격리는 처분 심도의 영향에 따른 기반 지질학적 구성에 의해 주로 제공되어야 한다.
