Consequently, this section should be clear, complete and concise. The use of summary tables, graphics and flow charts should be considered as these are effective ways of presenting information clearly and accurately. The use of complicated technical terminology should be avoided to the extent possible. The executive summary can be presented under a separate cover and may be distributed more widely than the rest of the documentation. It may also be presented in different languages to meet the needs of local communities.
