4.60. Requirement 25 of IAEA SSR-5 (2011) states that:@@“Management systems…… to provide for the assurance of quality shall be applied to all safety related activities, systems and components throughout all the steps of the development and operation of a disposal facility.”@@General requirements for the management system are established in Ref. [30], and recommendations on how to meet these requirements are provided in Ref. [31]. Application of a suitable management system will contribute to confidence in the safety case and an assessment should be carried out as to the adequacy of the management system governing all safety related work, including provision of the necessary financial and human resources.

4.60. IAEA SSR-5 (2011)의 요건 25는 다음과 같이 서술하고 있다.@@“품질 보증을 위한 관리체계는 처분시설 개발 및 운영의 모든 단계에 걸쳐, 활동, 시스템, 구성요소와 관련된 모든 안전(요소)에 적용되어야 한다.”@@관리체계에 대한 일반적 요건은 [IAEA GS-R-3 (2006)]에 정립되어 있고, 이 요건을 충족시키는 방법에 관한 권고사항은 [IAEA GS-G-3.1 (2006)]에 제시되어 있다. 적합한 관리시스템의 적용은 안전사례에 신뢰성을 줄 것이며, 평가는 필수 자금과 인적 자원의 준비를 포함한 작업과 관련된 모든 안전요소를 통제하는 관리시스템이 적합한지에 관해서 이행되어야 한다.
