4.14. 안전사례와 이를 뒷받침하는 안전성 평가의 반복되는 전개(진화)는 이해관계자에게 투명하도록 문서화 되어야 한다.(예를 들어 새로운 자료 또는 개념적 또는 수학적 모델의 관점을 변경하는 이유에 대한 설명) 중요한 점은 평가가 더 유리한 결과를 제공하기 위해 조작되고 있다는 인상을 피해야 한다는 것이다.
