4.3. The safety case should be developed from the conceptualization of the facility and should be maintained throughout its lifetime up to closure and licence termination. Management systems for ensuring the quality of all safety related work are required to be applied throughout, and the regulatory process is required to be applied, as illustrated in Fig. 3. Arrangements to facilitate the involvement of all interested parties in the development and use of the safety case should be put in place.

4.3. 안전사례는 시설의 개념화 단계에서부터 개발되어 폐쇄 및 허가 종료 시까지 유지되어야 한다. 안전과 관련한 모든 업무의 품질을 보장하기 위한 관리체계는 전 영역에 적용받도록 요구되며, 규제 절차는 그림 3에 제시된 바와 같이 요구된다. 안전사례 개발 및 사용과정에서 모든 이해관계자의 참여를 촉진하기 위한 준비는 적절하게 투입되어야 한다.
