3.7. “The regulatory body shall establish regulatory requirements for the development of different types of disposal facility for radioactive waste and shall set out the procedures for meeting the requirements for the various stages of the licensing process. It shall also set conditions for the development, operation and closure of each individual disposal facility and shall carry out such activities as are necessary to ensure that the conditions are met” (Requirement 2, Ref. [IAEA No.SSR-5 (2011)]). @@These regulatory requirements and conditions will have to be addressed by the operator when undertaking safety assessment and preparing the safety case.

3.7. “규제기관은 다양한 종류의 방사성폐기물 처분시설 개발에 필요한 규제요건을 수립해야 하며, 인허가 과정의 각 단계에서 각 요건에 부합하기 위한 항차를 수립해야 한다. 또한 각 개별 처분시설의 개발, 운영 그리고 폐쇄에 대한 조건도 규정해야 할 것이며, 그러한 조건들에 부합한다는 것을 확신하기 위해 필요한 행위들을 이행해야 한다.” (참고문헌 [IAEA No.SSR-5 (2011)], 요건 2)@@이러한 규제요건은 안전성 평가를 이행하고 안전사례를 준비할 때 운영자에 의해 해결되어야 할 것이다.
