3.6. For disposal facilities: “The operator shall carry out safety assessment and develop and maintain a safety case, and shall carry out all the necessary activities for site selection and evaluation, design, construction, operation, closure and, if necessary, surveillance after closure, in accordance with national strategy, in compliance with the regulatory requirements and within the legal and regulatory infrastructure” (Requirement 3, Ref. [IAEA No.SSR-5 (2011)]).

3.6. 처분시설에 대해 “운영자는 국가 전략에 따라, 규제요건에 부합하고 법적/규제적 기반 체계 범위 내에서 안전성 평가를 이행하고, 안전사례를 개발 및 유지해야 하며, 부지선정과 평가, 설계, 건설, 운영, 폐쇄, 필요시 폐쇄 후 감시에 필요한 모든 활동들을 이행한다.” (IAEA No.SSR-5 (2011), 요건 3)
