6.86. 기존 처분시설에 대해 폐쇄 후 안전에 대한 현재의 기준을 만족시키는지 여부를 결정하기 위해, 폐쇄 후 안전성 평가를 실시하여야 한다. 운영 중인 시설을 위한 평가는 시설의 지속적인 운영, 최종 폐쇄 및 폐쇄 후 제도적 관리에 대한 현재의 계획에 바탕이 되어야 한다.
