6.76. “원자력보안 수준은 방사선적 위험수준과 폐기물 본성에 상응해야 한다.” [1].4 보안(security) 요건은 원자력 안전조치(safeguards) 요건이 적용되는 곳에 가장 엄격히 적용될 것이다 (6.69-6.74항 참고).
