SSR-5 (Ref. [1]) 요건 10: 폐쇄 후 안전에 대한 Safety Case에서 부여된 수동적 안전특징의 기능을 충족시킬 수 있도록, 적절한 수준의 물리적 감시(surveillance) 및 통제가 수동적 안전특징을 보호하고 보존하도록 필요시까지 적용되어야 한다.
