6.19. 관리 시스템은 다양한 목표(즉, 과학적, 공학적, 안전목표)를 지원하는 다양한 분야의 활동을 통합하고 조정해야 한다. 부지특성평가의 일환으로 수행되는 활동은 장기 안전성에 위협이 되지 않도록 보장하기 위해 부지의 자연적 특성에 미치는 영향을 가능한 최소화 하여야 한다.
