처분시설에 대한 Safety Case와 이를 뒷받침하는 안전성 평가는 각 단계에서 이루어지는 의사결정을 지지하고, 또한 해당 Safety Case와 안전성 평가에 대한 독립적인 검토가 이루어질 수 있을 만큼 상세하고 충분한 품질로 문서화 되어야 한다.
