4.23. 폐쇄 후 모니터링의 목표는 해당 기간 동안 장비의 지속적인 모니터링 및 유지 관리를 보장하는 것입니다. 시간이 지나면서 제도적 안정성과 정보의 연속성에 대한 불확실성이 증가함에 따라 폐쇄 후 모니터링에 대한 활동이 축소되거나 계획된 또는 계획되지 않은 방식으로 종료될 수 있습니다.
