- 사고의 가능성과 이에 따른 잠재적 영향을 최소화하기 위한 작업환경 통제
- 방사선감시구역과 관리구역에서 정비의 필요성 최소화
오염은 가능하면 최대한 통제하고 예방해야 한다[3].
